Tina Walsh - Lighten-Up Wellness
As a body-centered/somatic therapist and energy healer, I believe all healing begins within. Through my deep, life-changing work with trauma, bonding, and attachment, I help people reconnect with their inner child—the part of us that holds our earliest emotional imprints. By bringing compassion and awareness to these wounded places, healing becomes a process of integration rather than fixing. For over two decades, I’ve woven together modalities including Body-Centered Psychotherapy & Subtle Energy Healing, Yoga, Meditation, Intuitive Development, and Reiki to help others release old patterns, restore safety in the body, and reclaim joy and connection. My passion is guiding people back to their own innate wisdom and healing --coming home to themselves in mind, body, and spirit.
